Psycho-neuro-immunology
James Spears has been studying Psycho-neuro-immunology, the inspiration for Neurological Stress Reduction, for many years. Psycho-neuro-immunology is the science of how the brain controls the neurological system, immune system, and endocrine systems throughout our bodies. Negative thoughts have a huge impact on our health, so James has developed techniques designed to lower our stress and reduce the negative impact of stress on our bodies. These techniques help our body to return to the parasympathetic nervous system.
ASA Balancing
Every specific substance, from milk, eggs, and gluten to chemicals and viruses, has its own frequency. Each time we come into contact with any substance, our body has a response. The response may be negative, neutral, or positive. Stress on our bodies can also cause us to have a negative response toward a substance, which can cause our bodies to believe a substance is harmful when it is not. ASA Balancing exposes the body to a digital copy of a substance to elicit a response. If the body responds to the substance with stress, it is then cataloged. After cataloging multiple "stressful" substances, we go through each one individually while administering calming and balancing frequencies to calm the nervous system and help balance the immune system, and adjust the negative response.
Stress = Sickness
Dis-ease means the body is not at ease. When the body is under stress and out of balance, disease, and sickness happen. This can be caused by both physical and mental stress.
